Rosneft Deutschland GmbH under fiduciary management

On 16 September 2022 the Bundesanzeiger published that Rosneft Deutschland GmbH will be placed under fiduciary management.
The Bundesnetzagentur will carry out the function of the fiduciary manager under the Energy Security Act (EnSiG) for Rosneft Deutschland GmbH.
